to take a screen shot and save it as a picture
1. alt + print screen or just printscreen

printscreen is the key on the keyboard beside the F12 key.I think u might have found it by now….

then paste in paint and save it as jpeg
u can upload ur saved pics to tinypic.com or imageshack.us
